How often do pipe seals fail, and how long should i wait to get your service again?A standard seal will fail within 5-15 years, with most of the variability being attributed to sun exposure, or lack thereof. We recommend to switch your secondary seals at least every 5 years.

What if I have more than 3 pipes (or unique pipes), more than 25' of flashing to caulk, or my roof is very steep?More than the minimum? Simple. We start with the standard ($350) and then charge $25 for each additional pipe, $25 for 10' more feet of caulk, and/or $100-$200 for steep charges. We offer premium PermaBoots for and additional $45 each, and approach the cost of unique or odd pipe flashings on a case by case basis.
